Insurance Advisor, Personal Insurance
Reports to the Personal Lines Service Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a balance of customer service expertise, communication and technical skills to join our Personal Lines Team. Your positive outlook and professionalism are prerequisites to work with our dynamic team.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional ongoing service to clients
- Coordinate renewal procedures including, process and post, review renewals and make coverage recommendations
- Remarket renewals as necessary
- Identify up-sell opportunities and provide clients with expanded product offerings (e.g. home and auto)
- Obtain required continuing education hours
Position Requirements
- RIBO License required
- University Degree or College Diploma, CAIB and/or CIP designation an asset
- 1-3 years Personal insurance experience
- Comprehensive and effective verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task between a variety of tasks, projects, and deadlines
